Meditation for the Inner Child - Inner Child

MEDITATION
Meditation for the Inner Child (LEELA) was held in Bielefeld, Germany, on a beautiful sunny day, in the room of a meditation center, the Osho Devatara Meditation Center.
The first attempt was also great, but the sound was all distorted due to the author's lack of experience with the equipment. The second version was well done and here it is. The Inner Child Meditation.
DICE
M da CI was recorded on YAMAHA electronic piano, in stereo, directly on chrome tape.
A posteriori has been transcribed to CDrom. There were no CDroms in those days of recording.
Was remastered by businessman Elmar Gilet, in Colonia, Germany, and by Humberto Carezzato later in Brazil.
USE
There are 5 stages that make up this meditation.
Phase 1 – Play like a child, using your surrounding space. If you do this meditation in a group, do not interact: this is YOUR meditation. Each one will do their meditation, without interacting with their partners.
Phase 2 – Sit down and be silent. You "lost your home". Allow the sadness revealed by the music to express itself in your heart. These are moments of observation. that prevailing innocence in childhood it was lost and we were “expelled from paradise”, so to speak.
Phase 3 – Sitting or standing, start jostling as if you were in a carriage heading towards the house of your dreams. You can even observe the images that pass through your “mind” or visual field.
Stage 4 – Dance the house of your dreams. Sitting still or better standing. Meditating standing up is always good. As you dance, simply watch. Images may also appear. Simply be alert while dancing.
Phase 5 – Quiet, standing still or sitting or lying down, relax and observe.
Preferably sitting. But if you lie down and sleep, that's fine too. Be aware of any image or memory, and as Racily says, be aware of “memories of the future”. There is no need to further discuss the images or smells, perfumes or fragrances, sounds, that you intuit. They may be part of your dream house, but what matters is your perception.
After the meditation, take a shower, relax and have a good time...
Namaste!
